This course consists of a series of modules, that are further divided into a series of progressive exercises that last between 10-20 minutes. The goal of this course is to teach you how to better understand your mind and work with it to make the changes needed to improve your life : well-being, health, getting in shape, energy levels, self-respect, impulse control, handling stress, etc.

They are easy to follow and can be completed on any PC, Macintosh, tablet or smartphone.

The first module teaches you how to enter into a state of hypnosis and how to differenciate it from a state of relaxation or meditation. The following modules are more specific and focus on different techniques designed to make deep and lasting changes to your unconscious mind.
