The second biggest challenge is once the goal is reached we have a tendency to fall back into our bad habits and often end up putting on more weight than originally lost. This is called yo-yo dieting and it is extremely bad for your health.
This module is designed to help modify your eating behaviors so you don't fall into different traps and therefore succeed at any diet you wish to follow.
In order to pick the right dietary regime for yourself, and to not put your health at risk, it is highly recommended to first consult with a nutritionist.
